Daniel Ray Hilsinger is a singer-songwriter, bone cancer survivor, and storyteller whose music is forged from life’s hardest moments and most tender memories.

After being diagnosed with bone cancer at 29, Daniel started learning guitar in the hospital. Writing songs and singing in the stairwell helped ease his pain and fear of death.

After re-learning how to walk, He decided to start busking and eventually started playing at farmer’s markets, bars, wineries and small festivals on the West Coast of the U.S.

8 years later, he’s toured across Northern Europe, Scandinavia and the U.S. and played for crowds ranging from 40 to 4,000.

Now based in Nashville, his upcoming album, 'Nothing Lasts Forever,' is a testament to life, resilience, love, loss, and the fleeting beauty of life.
